1. Orders & Proofs
- All custom sticker orders include free digital proofs.
- Orders will only be printed after proof approval from the customer.
- Once approved, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
2. Payment
- All prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
- Full payment is required before printing begins.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
- Alberta Stickers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Because stickers are custom-made, refunds are only offered for defective products or errors made by Alberta Stickers.
- Customers must notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted.
- Alberta Stickers is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement caused by customer-submitted designs.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Alberta Stickers is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the order in question.
