1. Orders & Proofs

  • All custom sticker orders include free digital proofs.
  • Orders will only be printed after proof approval from the customer.
  • Once approved, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

2. Payment

  • All prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
  • Full payment is required before printing begins.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
  • Alberta Stickers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Because stickers are custom-made, refunds are only offered for defective products or errors made by Alberta Stickers.
  • Customers must notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted.
  • Alberta Stickers is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement caused by customer-submitted designs.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Alberta Stickers is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the order in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept any changes.
